It is a great pleasure for us to write this reference for Lin Norris. An agent's role is to support the vendor but I think Lin recognises that in order to do this properly you need to have the confidence of the purchaser. Lin has our full confidence. He has accurately critiqued all of the properties he has shown us. We have felt more like students of farming rather than the client of a real estate agent.
After several years of looking Lin has recently assisted us in the purchase of both a 100 ha lifestyle block /subdivision in Waipu and a 350ha farm on the Kaipara harbour. After purchase of the Waipu property he helped us to clear the subdivision property of gorse and in the case of the Kaipara property he was able to engineer a superb arrangement whereby we retained a highly skilled manager and equity partner on the farm.
